Can I wear make -up to my appointment?
Yes, it is completely fine to arrive wearing makeup. We will remove any makeup and deeply cleanse your skin during your treatment if required. In most cases we can leave your eye makeup on.
What skin care products do you use?
We predominantly use Medik8 Professional cosmeceuticals on most of our procedures. All Medik8 products have high strength active ingredients that will benefit your skin. You can purchase them in store or through our on-line shop.
I have sensitive skin – can I still get treatments?
We see many clients with a wide range of skin concerns, including sensitivity. We take great care to ensure that all allergies are avoided and only products suitable for your skin are used during treatment. Find more information on skin concerns here.
Do you provide consultations?
Yes, we provide a FREE complimentary 30-minute consultation with a Cosmetic Nurse to talk about your skin and the issues you’re looking to address through to use of treatments and skin care. Find out more information here.
Do you have packages?
Yes, we have great packages that save you $$$. Packages expire one year from date of purchase and are non- transferrable.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers can be purchased here: https://bookings.gettimely.com/bonnyskinstudio/bb/purchase?giftVoucherId=93428 Our digital gift vouchers can be delivered to your inbox or you may choose to send a physical gift voucher via post.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard and Cash. Payment for same-day treatments is due in full. We offer AfterPay and ZipPay on all purchases over $250.00.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for notice of cancellation at least 24-hours prior to your appointment. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged a $50 missed scheduled service fee. Please find all our clinic policies here.
Do you require a deposit for all treatments?
Yes, a $50 deposit is required. The $50 booking fee is credited to your treatment cost and is not an additional fee.
Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes! Introduced into our clinic in early September 2021, we started the Bonny Loyalty Rewards Program that will reward you with a $75 credit to be used on skin treatments, for every $2,000 you spend! $1 =1 point. Find more information here.
Do I need to sign up to receive loyalty rewards?
No. All of our clients automatically accumulate points with every in-store transaction. These points never run out but can not be transferred to another client or for cash. Find more information here.
