Kickstart skin renewal and unlock healthier skin with a personalised approach to chemical peels at our Geelong clinic. No matter your skin type or concern, chemical peels are a quick and non-invasive way to boost the look and feel of your skin. From combating the signs of ageing to minimising the impact of acne, we can tailor chemical peels to suit your needs.
What are Chemical Peels?
Chemical peels harness different peeling agents, such as salicylic acid, to remove the top layer of skin, including dead and dehydrated cells. This reveals a fresh complexion and encourages new cell growth. This powerful exfoliation treatment accelerates the skinโs natural processes to promote a healthier and younger-looking appearance.
Bonny Skin Studio offers three different chemical peels in our Geelong clinic:
AHA: Alpha Hydroxy Acid peels loosen and exfoliate the superficial top layer of the skin while stimulating collagen. Different concentrations are used in our custom treatments to suit your skin. Regular peels every 2-4 weeks are advised to maintain your new glow.
BHA: Beta Hydroxy Acid peels are lipid-based and work well on oily skin. Harnessing the anti-inflammatory properties of salicylic acid, these peels help control oil production, reduce redness and minimise irritation in acne-prone and congested skin.
Jessnerโs Peel: Combining mild peeling agents, this peel helps reduce the appearance of discolouration and environmental damage caused by the sun and pollutants. Suitable for all skin, this peel soothes and rejuvenates while reducing oil production for clearer skin.
