Booking Policy

At Bonny Skin, we strive to provide the highest level of service to all clients. To ensure smooth operations, we kindly ask you to review and agree to our terms and conditions before booking an appointment. 

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late the clinic reserves the right to reschedule your treatment to another available time that suits you, this ensures that our therapists are not late for their upcoming clients and our clinic runs on time.
• New Client Bookings: All new clients booking an initial skin consultation will receive a comprehensive consultation and a skin analysis using our Observ Skin Scanner.
• Booking Fee: A $50 booking fee is required for most skin and injectable treatments. This booking fee will be deducted from the final cost on the day of treatment and is not an additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To accommodate this, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to allow us to offer your appointment to another client.

• Cancellations must be made via phone or our online booking system. Messages through Facebook or Instagram are not accepted.
• Deposits for late cancellations or no-shows will be forfeited. 
• This policy ensures fairness for all clients and helps us maintain the clinic’s operational efficiency.

As a courtesy, we send a reminder text 24 hours prior to your appointment. However, it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment details. If you are unsure about your booking, feel free to contact us for confirmation.

Payment Policy

• We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and cash.
• All treatments must be paid in full on the day of service.
• We do not offer accounts or payment plans.

Refund Policy

• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Gift Voucher Policy

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable, must be used within three years of purchase, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption.
• Vouchers can be used for both treatments and skincare products.

Pricing Policy

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Treatment costs may vary based on individual treatment plans and personalized packages.

Shipping Policy

We use Australia Post for all orders.

Shipping Guidelines:

• Standard & Free Shipping: 2-7 business days

Bonny Skin is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered once in the care of Australia Post. For orders over $100, we recommend adding insurance, which can be arranged by contacting the clinic at (03) 5222 6188.

Rewards Policy

• A $75 reward can be applied per transaction.
• Rewards can be redeemed on full-priced in-clinic services only.
• Rewards cannot be used with other special offers, discounts, retail products, or injectable treatments.
• Reward points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
